This three-day Civil 3D Introduction course, held at the CAD Masters Autodesk Authorized Training Center in Sacramento, CA, will equip you with the essential civil engineering tools and knowledge to excel in your projects.
Throughout the course, you’ll dive deep into the Civil 3D environment, mastering style-based objects, design constraints, defaults, and reactive dynamic design. Our expert instructors will guide you through hands-on exercises and real-world examples, enabling you to manipulate and understand dynamic design objects for better control, faster design iterations, and more accurate modeling.

Please note that this course does not cover AutoCAD Level I, II, or Map 3D. Prerequisites for this course include AutoCAD Level I & II or instructor’s consent, as well as familiarity with surveying and civil engineering disciplines.

When you take an in-person class at one of our Autodesk Authorized Training Centers you also receive a printed version of your training manual.

Upon completion of your training course, you receive 90 days of free technical phone support from CAD Masters Application Engineers & Instructors. Use this as a resource to implement what you have learned into real-world projects.
How do I access the online courses?
Upon registering, a CAD Masters training expert will promptly reach out to provide comprehensive details about the course. You’ll receive Zoom Meeting links and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Do I receive a certificate of completion of the course?
Once you complete your course Autodesk will send you a survey to rate our class as well as a certificate of completion.
Please note this is different from the Autodesk Certification Exam
Do your courses count towards Continuing Education ?
CAD Masters is not an accredited college or university, so training hours do not count towards continuing education, however CAD Masters is a well-respected Autodesk Authorized Training Center and certificates of completion from CAD Masters are thought of highly in the industry.
