That’s why we are proud to offer award-winning Autodesk software support services completely free when you subscribe to any of our products. Our team of highly skilled licensed Professional Engineers, experienced draftspersons, and designers are dedicated to ensuring that you have the assistance you need to tackle even the most complex projects with confidence.

Free Technical Support includes:
  • Installation and licensing assistance.
  • Troubleshooting software and drawing errors.
  • Brief how-to’s and pointers on using the software.
  • Support via phone, email, or remote web assistance.
Free Technical Support does not include:
  • Assistance with non-Autodesk products/products not purchased through CAD Masters
  • Support for 3rd party add-ins to Autodesk products/custom programming.
  • Training

Even if you did not purchase your software or take a class from CAD Masters, you can still purchase support. The costs for blocks of support time are below.

Support calls are billed in 15-minute increments until the block is exhausted. Support can be limited to designated callers. In addition to expert support on the Autodesk software, we can also provide support and advice on operating systems, plotters, computers, installation, and implementation.

  • 2 Hours: $300
  • 6 Hours: $750
  • 10 Hours: $1100

The CAD Masters support team is available Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm PST

Yes! When you take a class at our Autodesk Authorized Training Center, you receive three (3) months of our award-winning technical support following your class.
